Description Reviews the anatomy and biomechanics of the cervical-thoracic spine and temporomandibular joint as it relates to musculoskeletal dysfunction. Presents an update on current medical and surgical interventions. Incorporates evidence from the literature to guide clinical reasoning, differential diagnosis, evaluation, and interventions for common cervical-thoracic spine and temporomandibular joint disorders. Interprets and analyzes the impact of pharmacology and diagnostic imaging based on the patient/client management model.
