Hiring a CPS Student is a Win/Win

We offer three different paths to help you accomplish your goals: 

1. Experiential Network (XN)

Projects are typically research based and conclude with an actionable deliverable that provides insight and recommendations to inform critical business decisions. Sponsor-mentors dedicate about an hour per week to provide feedback.

  • Virtual project work
  • 6-week session
  • 40 hours total
  • 5-6 hours per week
  • No cost to employer
2. Co-Ops

A cost-effective way to meet human resource needs. Students are paid a wage but do not require company benefits, such as health insurance.

  • Onsite work with direct supervision
  • 3-6 month session
  • Part-time or Full-time
    • Part time Co-ops are 10-20 hours per week 
    • Full time Co-ops are 35-40 hours per week
  • Paid (typically hourly)
