3) Private Houses and Apartments

Most rental leases are for a full year and begin in the summer or fall. You will be required to pay a security deposit and the first and last month’s rent before moving in. This can be a significant expense. Rent typically does not include the cost of electricity, heat, telephone, cable, and Internet services.

During the summer semester, campus housing may be available. For more information, please contact housing@neu.edu or call +1.617.373.2814.

Upon your acceptance into one of our programs, the knowledgeable staff at Northeastern University Off-Campus Housing Service will point you in the right direction to find the right housing solution for you.
