One of the goals for this check-in is to create a community for CPS Peer and Alumni Mentors, where mentors can network with other mentors, make more friends, and build helpful connections for each other. We also hope that this will be an opportunity where mentors can share experiences, questions, or concerns about mentoring in an effort to learn about becoming a more effective mentor.
During a check-in, you will be able to:
- Introduce yourself
- Discuss your current interests/concerns in your Northeastern life
- Share your mentoring experience
GUEST SPEAKER SESSION
In every check-in, we invite a current CPS student who was recognized, recommended, and selected by his/her friend and the Office of Academic Advising. We will listen to his/her story and learn more about their experience. Next time, you may be the speaker!
Guest speakers will be announced throughout the term!
