Sales Ethics at Work: When Sales Are Based on Value Sharing

Sales and marketing consultants Alberto Aleo and Alice Alessandri will present the case study "A Social Cooperative Needs Cash Flow," which examines the challenges facing a non-governmental organization that provides social services but lacks financial sustainability. Applying the sales ethics method of negotiation based on goals and shared value, the presenters will show how the need for cash flow uncovers new opportunities from the market side. During the workshop, participants will have an opportunity to explore different strategies for the organization to adopt.

Alberto Aleo and Alice Alessandri are the founders of Passodue, a consultancy firm headquartered in Italy and active globally. In their everyday job, they meet, consult, and train sales and marketing managers, adopting an approach based on Business Ethics. They are the authors of the book Sales Ethic, published by Business Expert Press, and of the upcoming book Engaging The Heart in Business, published by Routledge.
