About
Ben was born and raised in Hannibal, MO, but lived and worked in St. Louis, MO, and Springfield, IL, for most of his construction career. Before college, he worked in the trades as a carpenter and also as an estimator at a small lumberyard. After graduating with his bachelor's degree as a non-traditional student at the age of 28, Ben began working in cost estimating, purchasing, and project engineering for commercial and residential builders. He is currently a construction manager with Lennar Homes in Austin, TX.
Ben holds a B.S. in Construction Management, an MBA, and a LEED AP BD+C accreditation.
