About
Based in Houston, Texas, Christine Sigman has been on the faculty of the CPS Technical Communications program for nearly a decade. In addition to the final Capstone course, she also teaches XML for Technical Communicators, Instructional Design for Technical Communicators, and Structured Documentation. She is passionate about keeping up with trends in the ever-changing technology landscape and incorporating new material into her courses, so that her students will be well-prepared for what they encounter in the workplace.

Christine has spend 20 years in the technical communications workplace, mostly in the Boston/Cambridge area. She has worked as a technical editor, technical writer, and documentation manager, for companies with as few as a half-dozen employees or as many as 100,000+. Her earlier career as an English as a Second Language instructor took her to diverse workplaces in Asia and Europe.
