About

As a psychotherapist I am committed to and passionate about the work of helping people with mental health, life transition issues and personal growth issues. My style of counseling and psychotherapy is eclectic - I blend psychodynamic, cognitive & behavioral,  and spiritual methodologies. I have a life long practice of yoga which frames my work adding a unique appreciation and utilization of mindfulness and compassion as I work with my clients as they heal and grow. As we meet life's challenges we discover that in healing there is growth and in growth there is healing, they are not exclusive. As a psychotherapist I am committed to and passionate about the work of helping people with mental health, life transition issues and personal growth issues.
