About

I earned a B.S. (Boston College), M.A. (University of New Hampshire) and completed most of the course work for a Ph.D. (Northeastern University) in Economics.  I have been teaching Economics and Statistics at NU and other colleges and universities for many years.  My professional career has been spent in the energy (natural gas) industry with the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities and Division of Energy Resources, Coopers and Lybrand (an accounting firm), Distrigas Corporation (an importer of liquified natural gas) and, for the better part of the last 25 years, with Bay State Gas Company and Unitil Corporation (local natural gas distribution companies).  My expertise is state and federal regulatory affairs.
