Joe practiced as an attorney for more than thirty years overseeing the licensure and regulation of the practice of real estate agents and real estate appraisers in Massachusetts. He has also been an adjunct faculty member for the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern, teaching courses ranging from Constitutional Law, Due Process to American Government.
