An engineer by training who thrives on change and challenge. She has spent the bulk of her career in program management transforming strategy into reality leading global cross functional teams and implementing Change Management, Project Management and Portfolio Management processes. As Director of HR Program Management, Covidien, she led a $35 million HR Transformation program establishing and operationalizing a PMO and HR governance system assuring alignment across all stakeholders for the CHRO. Laureen also has past experience in mergers/acquisitions/divestitures at Medtronic/Covidien and Gillette/P&G. Laureen is currently working as a consultant in the Greater Boston area, and as a lecturer in project management.
