About
Dr. Libra Boyd is a lecturer in the College of Professional Studies. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Studies with a concentration in Cultural Studies at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Dr. Boyd’s research interests include social justice education, multicultural education, community-based pedagogical spaces, and sacred music and social movements.
Dr. Boyd is also a National Board Certified school counselor with experience across the K-12 grade span.
