About

For the past decade, Liz Czepiel has worked in leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and training for organizations including Spotify, Booz Allen Hamilton, United Rentals, and the Department of Homeland Security.  Serving as a coach, facilitator, and strategic thought partner, she has managed high potential leadership programs, built talent assessment centers and implemented diversity and inclusion initiatives. Liz is the founder of www.lizabethczepiel.com, an executive coaching and consulting firm where she partners with individuals and organizations to enhance leadership and learning.

Liz earned a masters degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a bachelors degree in Business Management from Babson College. She is a doctoral student in the Learning and Leadership Ed.D. program at Columbia University with research interests in transformative and experiential learning. Additionally, Liz is a trained Co-Active coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
