Mahtab Rezvani is a faculty member in the Global Pathways and American Classroom programs which prepare international students for admission to undergraduate and graduate degree programs. Her research interests include the development of learning strategies and intercultural competence. She is a member of the American Association for Applied Linguistics, TESOL International Association, and MATSOL.

Previously, Ms. Rezvani taught English as a Second Language at the Harvard Institute for English Language Programs and at Boston University’s Center for English Language and Orientation Programs. In addition, for many years, she worked as an organizer on promoting human rights and assisting immigrants and refugees from around the world.
