Rashid Mosley

About

Rashid Mosley is a Part Time Lecturer and lead faculty for the Organizational Leadership Studies (OLS) concentration in the EdD program. He is responsible for the ongoing development, staffing, and cohesion of the OLS curriculum area. In addition to serving as the OLS Lead, he teaches primarily doctoral-level courses to organizational leaders and learning professionals across all sectors.

As a practitioner, he has held several leadership positions with internationally recognized not-for-profit human service organizations including serving for six years as the National Managing Director of Community Programs and Foundation Relations for American Diabetes Association, and more than four years as a Community Engagement Director with United Way of Greater Atlanta.  In both roles he served as an internal organization change agent responsible for leading change management initiatives to support enterprise wide.

His consulting expertise focuses on include strategic planning and operational planning design; program and curriculum development design; and executive and leadership coaching and consultation.

He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree with a concentration in Chemistry from Savannah State University, a Master’s of Science in Administration degree with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Central Michigan University, and a Doctorate of Education and Human Development degree from The George Washington University focusing on Organizational Change, Culture, Leadership and Adult Learning.
