Honored for Innovative Academic Excellence

Morehouse College and Fairleigh Dickinson University

Dr. Frederick V. Engram Jr., a CPS ’19 Higher Education Administration EdD graduate, was recently recognized for his contributions to academia with two distinct honors.

His first recognition came through induction into the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Ministers of Laity Collegium of Scholars at Morehouse College in April. Secondly, Dr. Engram Jr. was named Faculty of the Year in the Maxwell Becton College of Liberal Arts and Education at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he serves as an Assistant Professor of Higher Education.

This is Dr. Engram’s second Faculty of the Year honor — the first was awarded in 2022 by the Black Faculty and Staff Association at the University of Texas-Arlington.
