Northeastern University’s Master of Science in Human Resources Management program prepares you to connect an organization’s strategy and its people, providing a specific focus on the new technologies that are profoundly changing the workplace and the role of HR professionals. 

The curriculum features six leading-edge concentrations that align with trends currently reshaping the human resources field - Digital HR, Artificial Intelligence for Human Resources, Global Talent Management, Project Management, Leadership, and Organizational Communication.

• Students gain real-world experience through Northeastern’s experiential learning model and a 15-week capstone course that allows them to work on a virtual HR consulting project with a leading company or their current employer.
