Three words to describe your experience at Northeastern:
Transformative, Challenging, and Rewarding
What motivated you to continue through challenging times in obtaining your degree?
My motivation came from my long-term goals, personal growth, and the sacrifices I had already made. I stayed focused on the opportunities ahead and reminded myself that every challenge was part of becoming the person I set out to be.
What has your journey revealed to you about yourself?
My journey at Northeastern University has revealed that I am resilient, adaptable, and capable of tackling complex challenges. Over the past months, especially through my capstone project, I pushed through uncertainty, refined my analytical thinking, and learned to trust my ability to solve real-world problems using data. I’ve discovered a deeper level of discipline and confidence in myself, and I now see challenges not as obstacles, but as opportunities to grow and create meaningful impact.

Experiential learning is a core component of a Northeastern education. Describe some of the highlights for you.
A major highlight of experiential learning at Northeastern University was my capstone project, where I applied machine learning to real healthcare data to predict hospital length-of-stay outcomes. I also gained hands-on experience working with real-world datasets, building dashboards, and solving business problems. These experiences helped me turn theory into practice and prepared me for real-world analytics roles.
Where do you imagine yourself five years from now?
In five years, I see myself as a skilled data analytics professional working on impactful projects in healthcare or consulting, using data to drive better decisions while growing into leadership roles.
Is there anything else you wanted to say that we didn’t cover?
I’m grateful for the growth and experiences I’ve gained at Northeastern University. This journey has shaped both my skills and mindset, and I’m excited to apply what I’ve learned to make a meaningful impact in my career.
