What has your journey at Northeastern University revealed to you about yourself?

My journey at Northeastern University has been one of growth, resilience, and self-discovery. As an international student balancing work and studies, I’ve faced challenges that tested my limits, but they also showed me just how strong and determined I am. I’ve learned to adapt, push through uncertainty, and trust in my ability to succeed. More than anything, this experience has deepened my passion for regulatory affairs and reaffirmed my belief that with hard work and perseverance, I can overcome any obstacle and make a meaningful impact.

What motivated you to continue through challenging times in obtaining your degree?

My biggest motivation has always been my family, who are miles away but constantly supporting me from afar. Knowing that they are waiting for me to achieve my dreams and goals gives me the strength to push through even the toughest moments. Their sacrifices and unwavering belief in me remind me why I started this journey in the first place. No matter how challenging things get, the thought of making them proud keeps me going.

Experiential learning is a core component of a Northeastern education. Describe some of the highlights for you.

One of the biggest highlights of my experiential learning at Northeastern was my Co-Op at Boehringer Ingelheim (BI). This experience gave me hands-on exposure to Regulatory Affairs-CMC, where I worked on real-world submissions, regulatory strategies, and compliance requirements. I had the opportunity to contribute to critical projects, collaborate with industry experts, and apply my academic knowledge in a professional setting. This experience not only deepened my understanding of global regulations but also strengthened my problem-solving and project management skills. It was a defining moment in my journey, reinforcing my passion for regulatory affairs and preparing me for the challenges ahead in my career.
