Welcome! Your Journey Starts Here.
Congratulations on your admission to Northeastern University! The next step is to enroll. This website provides easy access to all the information you’ll need to help you get there and hit the ground running—so you can get the most from your experience here.
First, activate your Northeastern account, which opens the way to university resources, including the Student Hub and email accounts. The username and password are set up at the time of account claim. To claim a Northeastern student account, click the unique link in the email (valid for 60 days after receipt) to begin the process of claiming the Northeastern online account. If it has been more than 60 days, contact the IT Service Desk.
Orientation is different according to your campus designation.
All Boston and Online learners are encouraged to complete the pre-orientation module to help navigate essential resources, programs, and platforms to chart their Northeastern path to global, research, and experiential opportunities and programs.
Regional students are encouraged to attend their campus-specific orientation and the General Student Orientation.
