Biography
Dr. Ed Lisoski is part-time faculty member who teaches online courses at the college. He has taught at the university level for approximately 16 years, with experience in teaching at Northeastern University, Southern New Hampshire University, Champlain College, as well as teaching face-to-face classes at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas.
He graduated from Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg, PA with a B.S. in Biology. He earned his MBA from Angelo State University in 2000 and completed his Ph.D. from Capella University in 2009 in Organization and Management, specializing in Human Resource Management.
He is a father of two, grandfather of four, and husband of almost 41 years to his lovely wife Debbie. His hobbies include doing fix-it projects around the house, traveling, and exercising.
Professional Experience
Dr. Lisoski retired from his full time job in November 2016 where he was the Plant Human Resources Manager with ETHICON Inc., a Johnson & Johnson company for almost 37 years. In his first six years at the company, he acted as a supervisor in various manufacturing departments and the last 31 years of his job were in human resources (HR). He has worked in all capacities within HR – labor/employee relations, benefits, compensation, training, organizational development, safety, and environmental. He’s worked in both the operations and corporate environment, preferring the operations environment.
