Orientation

Welcome! Your Northeastern journey starts here.

Congratulations on your admission to Northeastern University! Your next step is to start your orientation and enroll in courses. Here you’ll find easy access to all the information you’ll need to hit the ground running so you can get the most from your CPS experience.

Now that you’re official, the first thing you’ll want to do is activate your Northeastern account.

Your Northeastern account unlocks the way to university resources, including the Student Hub and email accounts. Your username and password will be set up when you claim your account. To claim a Northeastern student account, click the unique link in the account claim email you receive. The link will remain valid for 60 days after receipt. If it has been more than 60 days since you’ve received the email and your link has expired, contact the IT Service Desk.

Orientation is offered differently according to your campus designation.  All Boston and Online learners are encouraged to complete the pre-orientation module. The module will explain essential resources, programs, and platforms that will help you chart your Northeastern path to global, research, and experiential opportunities and programs.
