Professional Experience

Jim Hannon has over 15+ years of diversified experience in the Information Technology and Financial Services Industries, functioning primarily as a Agile coach /senior Project Manager/Executive with proven experience in various fields. Mr. Hannon has also consulted with government agencies /defense / manufacturing/education / ed-tech and pharma industries. He has an expert level of project management and agile skills and has led a multitude of very large, multi–organization projects with a great deal of success. Mr. Hannon has developed the “pro-active PMO model” through the use Business Intelligence (BI) and leveraging various risk management and project forecasting resources. He recently led a company-wide transformation to Agile development methods for over 4,000 development global resources. Mr. Hannon has large scale project experience in ERP/CRM/business process re-engineering implementations and reaching project objectives in a timely manner.

Mr. Hannon also is an adjunct faculty member with two major universities teaching in Project Management and Agile and in Financial Management. He has over 15 years of undergraduate and graduate teaching experience. He is also a frequent speaker at PMI events. Mr. Hannon is currently a EdD student and will be focusing in on the use of teams and Agile methodologies to enhance learning. He is an active participant in the Agile in Education movement and has presented his findings at major conferences in the past years. He is active in activities for St. Jude New England, the Jimmy Fund as well as in local town causes such as the Opioid Task Force in Natick, MA as the Social Media/ Website Project Manager.
