Dr. Grippa published several papers in peer reviewed journals, including the Journal of Business Research; Computers in Human Behaviors; Knowledge Management Research & Practice; and Social Networks. She co-edited three editions of the Springer proceedings on “Collaborative Innovation Networks" and was co-editor for a special issue on “Collaborative Innovation Networks”, in the International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business.
Dr Grippa's research was featured in the March-April 2019 Harvard Business Review article "A Novel Way to Boost Client Satisfaction." The original paper, "The impact of virtual mirroring on customer satisfaction" was published in 2017 in the Journal of Business Research. Dr. Grippa serves as Program Chair for the International Conference on Collaborative Innovation Networks (http://coinsconference.org/). In 2016 she was appointed member of the Team Science Advisory Board of the European Project “GEDII”: Gender Diversity Impact - Improving research and innovation through gender diversity.
