About
Neil Trotta is a faculty member and dissertation chair in the Graduate School of Education and is also an administrative leader. In his current role he serves as Associate Dean, School of Graduate Studies, MBA Program Director and Associate Professor. His earlier leadership roles include Campus Director, Director of Continuing Education, and Dean for the Division of Accelerated and Professional Studies. He has also taught management and business related courses at the graduate and undergraduate level in a variety of institutions.
He is a veteran of the United States Air Force and his service includes roles in human resources. His early professional experience includes private sector work including as Business Development Director/National Account Manager for Vedior North America LLC/Clinical One. Dr. Trotta is highly skilled in preparing others to be leaders of transformation and change in a higher education setting. Lastly, Dr. Trotta earned his Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
