Al Grusby, MBA, PMP, CSM, started his career as an engineer focused on new product development. For the past 10 years, he has worked as a Program Manager. In this role, he managed global, cross-functional Core Teams and implemented project management best practices in small start-ups and large Fortune-500 companies.

Al holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master of Business Administration from Boston University. He has been a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) since earning his PMP certification in 2014. Al volunteers for the MassBay PMI chapter and is Treasurer for the local PM/BA Toastmasters club. In addition, Al is a licensed ham radio operator and volunteers as part of the communication network at the Boston Marathon and Multiple Sclerosis running and biking events. Al is currently working as a lecturer in project management at CPS.
