About

Angela S. Knox, MS, PMP is an instructor in the College of Professional Studies, teaching courses for the Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs and Master of Science in Project Management degree programs.

Angela's career has included managing clinical trials in a number of therapeutic areas (diabetes, hypertension, neurology, and cardiovascular disease) at major academic teaching hospitals (Brigham and Women's Hospital; Massachusetts General Hospital) as well as contract research organizations in the greater Boston area (New England Research Institutes, Inc.; Cardiovascular Clinical Studies Foundation) in both drug therapeutics and medical device research.

After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and Spanish at Bates College in 2005 and working in the clinical research field for several years, she went on to earn a Master of Science Degree in Project Management, specializing in Clinical Trial Design from Northeastern University in 2011. Her teaching career at Northeastern University has spanned over 9 years, and she is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She lives in the greater Boston area and teaches courses in Boston and online.
