Angela S. Knox, MS, PMP has +12 years of experience working in the clinical research field. Here she managed phase II clinical trials in ALS, Parkinson's disease, and Stroke funded by non-profit associations as well as industry sponsors.
From 2008-2011, Angela held the position of Senior Research Laboratory Manager of the Hollenberg Laboratory at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, MA. In this capacity, she oversaw phase II clinical drug trials for T2DM and Hypertension funded by industry sponsors.
From 2005-2008, Angela held the position of Clinical Research Coordinator in the Hollenberg laboratory at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, MA. Her daily responsibilities included phone screening potential subjects, participating in the informed consent process, collecting subject data, and entering data in the clinical trial database.
Angela received her bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Spanish at Bates College in 2005 and a Master of Science Degree in Project Management, specializing in Clinical Trial Design from Northeastern University in 2011. She has taught at Northeastern for +6 years and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
