About

Ms. Rowley has over 20 years experience in the fields of adult learning, business operations and performance improvement.  As an independent consultant for 15 years, she develops customized performance solutions for clients in diverse markets; including government and industry.  Ms. Rowley is a highly regarded instructor, change practitioner and career development coach. She develops and delivers stand up and e-learning programs in the fields of Project Management, Quality, Leadership, Communications, and Change Management.  A sample of her clients include Learning Tree International, Fairfax County, Arlington County, VA, Navy Federal Credit Union, Millennium Challenge Corporation, National Institutes of Health. She teaches Project Management on-line for Northeastern University.

Professional Experience

Ms. Rowley worked for the Xerox Corporation for 15 years. Some of the projects she has been particularly proud to have worked on: Xerox’s training ramp up to receiving the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award, and Xerox's business development of Quality Partnerships with the U.S. Departments of Veterans Affairs and Commerce in Washington, D.C. She has developed and delivered PMI certification training to Navy Federal Credit Union and Millenium Challenge Corporation, she also developed and delivered leadership and communication training, including Emotional Intelligence and DiSC profile for government agencies.  She provides volunteer bereavement coaching with Haven of Northern Virginia and doubles as a life and career coach. She completed contract work in 2015 and 2016 for The Women’s Center of Vienna via a United Way grant to coach women who lost their jobs and was highly rated by her clients. She has also coached numerous personal clients to re-imagine their lives and has coached emerging leaders for Leadership Arlington and Leadership Fairfax.  She is an active member of The Project Management Institute and the D.C chapter of the International Coach Federation. She believes in the uniqueness of everyone’s talents and works to inspire her clients to greatness.
