Situational Awareness 101
This course is our recommended pre-requisite training with the goal of raising awareness of the importance of security and security controls. Situational awareness training is the improvement of someone’s perception of environmental elements and events, the comprehension of their meaning, and the projection of their future status. This training is also available in Spanish.
De-escalation Training:
De-escalation Training is a follow-up to Situational Awareness Training. This training provides insights and tools to help those who may be required to manage emotionally escalated employees, coworkers, or customers. This training is scenario based using recognized, practical tips on how to de-escalate emotionally charged situations by opening lines of communications all the while remaining safe.
Active Threat Training:
Active Threat Training demonstrates what to do when confronted with violence in the workplace, the importance of reporting aggressive behavior and how to recognize warning signs that often lead to violence.
Scam & Fraud Prevention Training:
This course is intended to raise awareness of fraudulent practices and assist you in performing your role in preventing, detecting, and reporting fraud. It reinforces your understanding of fraud and the negative impact it can have.
