What challenge did you tackle during your co-op?

I oversaw the complex challenge of coordinating major transportation and development projects across the Boston metropolitan region through the MBTA Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) program. This involved managing multiple stakeholder relationships, aligning diverse project timelines, and ensuring coordination between different MBTA departments and external stakeholders to move forward construction activities without delays.

How did you approach solving this complex organizational challenge?

I reviewed work plans and attended documented coordination meetings to understand the full scope of ongoing initiatives. I prioritized streamlining coordination between the internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring safety compliance to prevent project delays.
