Professional Advancement and Lowell Institute Scholarships

The Professional Advancement and Lowell Institute Scholarships are awarded to deserving incoming students who have been admitted to one of the academic degree programs within the College of Professional Studies. Students who meet the criteria and are awarded a scholarship will be notified via email attachment after admission into their desired program. Students who receive a scholarship must enroll in the academic term to which they’ve applied.

Professional Advancement Scholarship Eligibility

  • Only new incoming students are eligible
  • Students must be admitted to a degree program with a focus in business or social sciences
    • Minimum qualification for consideration: 3.000 GPA and 40 transferable college credits
    • Awards typically range from $6,000-$10,000

 

Lowell Institute Scholarship Eligibility

  • Available to new, incoming students admitted to a degree program within the Lowell Institute School
  • Students must be admitted to a degree program with a focus in science, technology, or engineering
    • Minimum qualification for consideration: 3.000 GPA and 40 transferrable college credits
    • Awards typically range from $6,000-$10,000

Renewal

Scholarships are divided over two academic years, starting first with the term you will be initially enrolling in and again one year later. In order to renew the scholarship for the second year, students must successfully complete 6 semester credit hours per term and maintain a 2.500 or better GPA.
