What challenge did you tackle during your co-op?
I tackled the complex challenge of optimizing manufacturing operations and supply chain efficiency at Web Industries Inc. The company needed to streamline their demand forecasting, inventory management, and operational workflows while reducing costs and improving delivery timelines across their aerospace manufacturing programs. This involved analyzing vast amounts of production data, identifying inefficiencies in existing processes, and developing data-driven solutions that could support both immediate operational needs and long-term strategic planning for Fortune 500 clients.
How did you approach solving this complex organizational challenge?
I approached this systematically by building a comprehensive analytics infrastructure from the ground up. I developed interactive Tableau dashboards for demand forecasting and inventory management that transformed how the organization tracked key performance indicators and made decisions. My approach focused on making complex manufacturing data accessible and actionable for stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
