
Biography
Alyssa Ann Chatani is an accomplished Owner’s Project Manager specializing in K–12 and municipal construction, with deep expertise in educational programming, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex public-sector projects. She has led multiple large-scale school construction projects across Massachusetts. Known for her leadership, communication, and coaching skills, Alyssa brings clarity, structure, and strategic decision-making to every phase of design and construction.
In addition to her project management work, Alyssa serves as a Part-Time Lecturer in the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University, where she teaches in the Project Management Graduate Program. She leads graduate capstone projects, guiding emerging project managers through real-world client engagements, rigorous project planning, and professional-level execution. Her teaching emphasizes practical leadership, organizational strategy, and translating theory into impactful results.
Alyssa is also an Entrepreneur and the Founder of Fleur de Lys Beauty LLC, a growing beauty and wellness business where she applies her knowledge of entrepreneurship, operations, and cost control. Her ability to bridge project management with private-sector business ownership gives her a unique perspective on entrepreneurship, risk management, and client relationships.
She holds an MBA from Suffolk University and is passionate about empowering both clients and students to make informed, strategic decisions that lead to long-term, sustainable success.
