Biography
Prior to serving as adjunct faculty with Northeastern University, Mr. Gabriella has served as adjunct faculty at Middlesex Community College and has twenty years of experience in law enforcement. His experience includes a variety of management positions within the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office including stints as Superintendent of the Cambridge Jail and Superintendent of the Billerica House of Correction.
During his tenure at the Sheriff’s Office, Mr. Gabriella was instrumental in the revamping of the hiring, training, standards process, reorganizing staffing and security operations at the Cambridge Jail and opening and staffing a new 520 bed facility at Billerica.
Mr. Gabriella has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Masters Degree in the Administration of Criminal Justice. He also has certificates in Executive Excellence from the National Institute of Corrections and Effective Executive from the JFK School of Government at Harvard University.
