What has your journey revealed to you about yourself?
My journey at Northeastern revealed that I am far more resilient, adaptable, and capable than I once believed. Balancing academics, professional experiences, and personal growth taught me how to thrive under pressure, embrace uncertainty, and continuously push beyond my comfort zone. It also showed me the value of persistence, curiosity, and building meaningful connections with people from diverse backgrounds.
What motivated you to continue through challenging times in obtaining your degree?
What motivated me most was the vision of the future I wanted to create for myself and the people who supported me along the way. During difficult moments, I reminded myself why I started this journey: to grow personally and professionally, create opportunities, and make a meaningful impact. The support of family, friends, mentors, and classmates also gave me the strength to keep moving forward.
Experiential learning is a core component of a Northeastern education. Describe some of the highlights for you.
One of the most valuable parts of my Northeastern experience was the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings. Through experiential learning, I developed practical skills, strengthened my confidence, and gained a deeper understanding of collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving. Working on projects and professional experiences allowed me to connect theory with impact — and helped shape my career goals with greater clarity.
Where do you imagine yourself five years from now?
Five years from now, I see myself in a leadership role where I can combine technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration to drive meaningful innovation. I hope to continue learning, mentoring others, and contributing to projects that create positive impact, while staying connected to a strong professional and personal community.
I am deeply grateful for the experiences, opportunities, and relationships that shaped my time at Northeastern University. The journey challenged me to grow in ways I never expected, and I will carry the lessons, friendships, and confidence I gained here into every future chapter of my life.
