Digital Training Solutions Intern at Bosch Home Comfort Corp.
What challenge did you tackle during your co-op?
I played a role in digitizing and modernizing Bosch Home Comfort Group’s training infrastructure. The company needed to transition from traditional training methods to a comprehensive digital learning management system that could serve 30 million business units, host over 1,000 training sessions, and educate more than 10,000 HVAC contractors across multiple regions. This wasn’t just about technology implementation—it required completely reimagining how technical training could be delivered at scale while maintaining quality and engagement.
How did you approach solving this complex organizational challenge?
I developed a comprehensive training strategy that included creating digital training registration processes, building automated Power BI dashboards for tracking training metrics, and establishing technical training presentations with cross-functional team support. I also worked on ensuring the entire system could handle the massive volume while providing personalized experiences for different contractor needs across various geographic regions.
