Regulatory Compliance Co-op at Culture Care Collective

I took on a project that focused on ensuring regulatory compliance and staff training consistency across Culture Care Collective’s operations. The organization needed to streamline their compliance processes while maintaining high standards for staff qualifications and regulatory requirements. This involved managing multiple compliance frameworks including HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC 2, while ensuring all staff could quickly adapt to regulatory changes and maintain consistent quality standards in their work.

 I created onboarding materials and compliance training programs that staff could quickly understand and implement. My approach focused on making complex regulatory requirements accessible – I designed checklists and templates that standardized documentation processes and reduced audit preparation time by more than 30%.I also worked to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and daily operations by creating processes that weren’t just theoretical but embedded into daily workflows. This ensured compliance wasn’t just a checkbox exercise but became part of the organizational culture.
