During my Product Marketing co-op, iRobot was managing multiple product lines and overlapping go-to-market efforts across regions, which created a fast-moving and highly complex environment. While the role involved a significant amount of creative execution, my project management background allowed me to bring structure and clarity to day-to-day work. I worked across teams to manage timelines and review cycles, align stakeholder inputs early, and drove the delivery of customer-facing assets such as product photography and messaging. I also incorporated competitive context to inform decisions and ensure materials remained relevant. By translating inputs from multiple teams into clear direction and maintaining momentum, I enabled smoother collaboration and more consistent execution across go-to-market efforts.
