About

Dominique is a fundraising professional and has worked to support nonprofits in building revenue streams implementing systems, and inclusive fundraising practices. Dominique has presented on activating millennials and GenZ as change-makers through philanthropy, donor engagement strategies, and effective DEI practices in the fundraising space for various AFP chapters, The Rooted Collaborative, Bloomerang, and more.

She is currently the Associate Director of Annual Giving and Special Events at the YW Boston. Outside of her work commitments, she is also a board member at Women in Development Greater Boston, an advisory board member of the Massachusetts Chapter of Democrats for Education Reform, and an Education & IDEA committee member for the AFP Massachusetts chapter. 

Dominique received her B.A. in Sociology and public administration from Providence College and M.S. in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University.
