About

I am a qualitative-dominant, mixed methods researcher with broad interests in metacognitive skills development; ethnography; UX research; underserved postsecondary groups; alternative postsecondary pathways; and tech pathways for Black and Brown students. I enjoy participating in work that adds agency and amplifies pathways and learning opportunities for Black & Brown persons who are in pursuit of tech careers. I have served broadly in education roles inside of K12, state government and higher education, in the areas of applied behavior analysis, course and instructional design, faculty development, learning science applications and program evaluation. I have successfully impacted change as a consultant working with start-ups, non-profit and education organizations in the sectors of energy, edTech, finance, government, higher education, and non-profit social services.
