Vanshika Singh Miyan
MS Project Management ’26
Business Development Co-op at BioLabs

I was responsible for supporting business development, project management, operations, and analytics initiatives at BioLabs, a life sciences coworking and innovation space. The organization needed someone who could contribute to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution across multiple functional areas. This involved developing comprehensive systems for tracking operations, supporting business development efforts, managing project workflows, and providing analytical insights that would support both immediate operational needs and long-term strategic growth across the organization.

My approach included developing reporting systems that tracked key operational and business development metrics, which improved accountability and provided data-driven insights for decision-making across the organization. I supported project management efforts by coordinating workflows, managing timelines, and ensuring cross-functional alignment on strategic initiatives. I focused on making these initiatives actionable rather than theoretical. I created systems and processes that teams could immediately apply in their work, whether through improved tracking mechanisms, streamlined workflows, or analytical dashboards that informed strategic decisions.
