CPS Students Consult with Italians on Educational Assessment Goals

Day 4

Northeastern University students from the College of Professional Studies continued their week of consultations in Florence, Italy.

Members of the Education team, pictured above, met with the leadership team at Intercultura, Italy’s oldest educational exchange organization, begun just after World War II and known as AFS. The Italians explained how their U.S.-Italy educational exchange program had expanded to become global, and students conferred on how the organization might assess student learning outcomes.

The education team was one of four participating in the College’s “International Field Study Experience” capstone course led by Dr. Marissa Lombardi.
